0800	Plunge into the sea for a swim before breakfast
0830	Breakfast on deck; Fresh Mango, croissants and coffee
0930	Meeting in the Salon - Conference call with the London Office
1100	Watersports! Kayaking, jet-skiing and diving for everyone
1300	Ashore for lunch and the finest seafood on the Cote d'Azur- in a restaurant you won't find in any guidebooks
1400	Guided tour of the Roman ruins in Frejus with the Guest Director, others wander off to shop and explore
1600	Meet tender at Port Grimauld and return to yacht - massages, manicures and showers all round
1730	Check e-mail; watch news on CNN, send faxes
1800	Cocktail reception on deck as the yacht cruises into St.Tropez
1900	Back ashore, and drinks in Le Senequier on the quay
2030	Back on board the yacht ; coffee and liquers and my favorite cigar on deck
