Closely involved in planning the itinerary, your Guest Director manages all activities once your trip is underway, allowing you to concentrate on your guests. He/she is on call from the moment you leave home to the moment you return, ensuring that your event is smooth, seamless and successful.

Your Guest Director will liaise between your party and the location staff or yacht crew, providing expert advice and assistance in all aspects of your event. As business facilitator, tour guide or team leader, with specialist knowledge of your event area, he/she will make all arrangements and bookings as your event unfolds and manage any contingency planning that may be necessary.

Your Guest Director can also support business sessions, e.g. with speeches, toasts and time-management, as well as managing guest dynamics so that you get quality time with the people you most want to focus on.
