We have considerable experience of helping companies to maximise the effectiveness of their presence at exhibitions and conferences held in Cannes, Monaco and Barcelona. Our services include pre-event planning, branding, transportation logistics, hospitality, leisure and all onboard activities, as well as post event evaluation.

As well as accommodating guests, a yachts flexibility allows you to host a whole series of activities, often in parallel: breakfast briefings, private meetings, presentations, lunches, champagne receptions, dinners, cocktail parties and onboard entertainment. Furthermore, it is possible to brand the motoryacht and to plan leisure activities - from scenic cruises to water sports.

All motoryachts carry the most up-to-date business facilities. Apart from telephone, fax, TV and video, we can organise LCD projectors and screens for presentations. The salon transforms seamlessly into a meeting room, either in board room or conference room style, while the VIP cabins can be transformed into private meeting rooms for break-out sessions. There is ample space for business presentations and the display of product ranges, if required.
