Planning
Many of our clients have similar values and objectives but no two are exactly alike. Therefore, our solutions have to be bespoke and tailored to every nuance of your brand, business cycle, image, outlook and of course budget. Core proposal Having identified our clients' business goals and objectives, the first step is to provide a core proposal. This will include our recommendations on location, venue(s), suggested dates, itinerary, transportation arrangements and cost. Once this core proposal has been accepted, we begin the process of adding the details - or 'bespoking' the event. Final Proposal Our final proposal includes all the elements of the event. It confirms the details discussed and agreed during the planning and core proposal stages together with availability of the specific elements of the event. It also includes, based on our experience, the 'finer details' to ensure the event runs with no surprises. Implementation We take direct responsibility for the implementation and success of each event. In some cases, responsibility for the delivery of the event is shared jointly with a client's corporate event team. We achieve our core goals of quality and service by having a dedicated Guest Director or Guest Management Team present for all our events. Their key remit is to liaise between the Host and all other parties involved to ensure that the business objectives are achieved. Evaluation The evaluation process is vital to ensuring that we provide our clients with the best possible service, value for money, and highest quality of event. In addition it gives both our clients and our own team the forum in which to evolve the next event and continue to attract the right guests and exceed their expectations. We can also provide targeted post event management information upon request. |
