David Mullally - Yacht Director

Having worked on both land and sea as Chef de Cuisine for a number of years in the mid nineties, David worked towards his goal of commanding a Motoryacht and he undertook his first command in 1995 having been examined for his Master's Ticket the previous year.

After completing almost 70,000 miles of cruising on the Worlds oceans over the years, David returned to Ireland in late 1999 and worked in his other area of specialty, computing, whilst developing the concept of the company
ATTENTION TO DETAIL in April 2000.

David's experience over the years includes the caring for, and entertaining of some of the most discerning of guests. In commanding some of the largest motoryachts, he is in a unique position to understand the specific needs of high profile guests and is very well qualified to deliver a complete service which is perfect in every detail.

Golf
David Kilgarriff - Golf Director

With a background in media and business consultancy, David entered the world of golf by designing and branding golf clubs with premium (non-golf) brand names like Burberry. He was asked to produce a set of clubs commemorating the 1991 Ryder Cup, and orders soon followed for the '93 and '95 Ryder Cup, as well as the British Open, the World Cup of Golf and several high-ranking US tour events.

David's ground-breaking work in the field of club design was the launch pad for an organisational role in golf events - amateur and professional - all around the world. A highly respected Director of Golf, he has vast experience in the smooth running of tournaments and is the key figure in our Golf Team.

David's passion for the game shines through every event in which he's involved. "To work in golf is to win the first prize in the lottery of life," he says. "The people you meet are invariably wonderful - they're a special breed - and the craic with golfers is always brilliant."

Spa
Tanya Wheway - Spa Director

After training as joint hotel managers with Trust House Forte Tanya, together with her husband Allan, operated hotels in Wales and Scotland's summer and winter resort, Aviemore. Following this, they developed the Champneys' Group over a period of 20 years.

In 1989 Allan and Tanya co-founded Wheway Lifestyle International (WLI) providing consultancy and management services at the premier end of the market in Europe, Middle East, Far East and the United States, clients included Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, the Oberoi Group, and Unilever.

For four years they also owned and operated Britain's premier Day Spa, The Sanctuary, in London's fashionable Covent Garden, which Tanya, as the Managing Director of the Sanctuary, developed into a very successful business welcoming over 42,000 ladies a year to this unique Day Spa.

The Wheways, often referred to as the pioneers of the modern health farm movement, were, as early as the seventies promoting a holistic approach to well-being. Their practical, educational and enjoyable programmes encompassed the mind, body and spirit well before this became vogue. Tanya, who has given many television and radio interviews, lectures extensively and has written books on the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Wine
Henry Anderson - Wine Director


Henry has been directing wine trips for many years to diverse parts of the world, from the traditional Bordeaux and Champagne regions to some new world destinations like South Africa and California.

Having spent many years working with international brands such as Remy Martin, he is now the public face of one of Ireland's most successful merchants, Bacchus.

Henry is the past President of the Shannon College Alumni and was honored by them earlier this year for his outstanding contribution to the Hospitality Industry in both Ireland and Overseas.

Henry is often described as a connoisseur's connoisseur, given that he has a wonderful ability to parlay wine with the most celebrated sommeliers at the same time as being able to enthuse the novice in the wonders of the grape.

With over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the civil infrastructure, power generation, petroleum & chemical, pipeline, mining & metals, and transport industries, Mark has worked with many of the world's leading companies. His understanding of their business objectives is key to our exhibition support proposition.
